    • By bidding you agree to the rules & disclaimer(s) mentioned below. You understand that you're bidding on an Starlights services, not the person. The auction host(s) & organizers have the final say on winning bid.

    💰 Starlight Sign-Ups:

    • Read Rules and Click Checkmark (it will tell you that you were validated)

    • Must be present when called during auction. Our Auction Aid will send a /tell when your next.
    • Unresponsive after 2x /tells → skipped/moved down

    ⚖️ How To Manual:

    • Each Starlights bidding session lasts just over 3 minutes
    • When the bidding begins! House Bid: 5M
    • Bid Increase Minimum: 500k, at 3 minutes Bid Increase: 1M
    • Valid bid(s) are only taken from the start of the timer. Lock-in/Win is handled by the auctioneer.
    • Splits (Venue Cuts Go To Staff and Venue)
    • Guest Starlight (Regular Auctionees) 80/20
    • Yearly VIP Starlight 85/15
    • Collabs & Events (ALL) 90/10


    🏆 Multi-bid How To:

    • By bidding on a multi-slot Starlight you agree to an additional set of rules outlined below.
    • Resident Starlights may offer services to TWO winners.
    • Please make sure your request is within their offered services (if offers are tiered your winning service will be based of your bid)
    • Only those who have already held the leading bid meet the requirements to fill a winning slot.
    • 2nd Winner is 2nd highest win AFTER meeting the above requirement.


    ‼️ Starlight Timeline:

    → Standard 2 weeks OR a mutually agreed deadline to complete
    → Extensions allowed ONLY if both parties agree.
    ❗If the Starlight sends 3 unanswered messages:
    → Bidder marked unable to contact
    → Win is forfeit (Starlight keeps the gil)


    💸 Bidders Deck:

    • No harassment of bidders, staff, or Starlights will be tolerated. (we have multiple AI analysts and do our best to catch them all, however we are only human)
    • If your bid does not follow the increment increase, the bid will not qualify.
    • If your bidding with ill intent/no interest in the Starlight we may disqualify your bid.
    • All valid bids must be told clearly in /yell, If we are unable to determine a bid in /yell it wont qualify.


    ⭐ PAYMENTS:

    • You must complete all payments from bids once your bid is locked-in. (If you have confirmed a "Tab" then at the end of the night)
    • Payment is done through the mannequin system in-venue. (See treasurer - Raven)
    • Starlights will receive the payment withing 24-48hrs depending on congestion and availability.
