AUCTION RULES:

> 💯 We want a fun environment for everyone. Please read our rules
We are putting our brand on the line by auctioning your services if you cannot follow through for any reason (IRL, Disappearing, Inability to Deliver Request) you will recieve a strike and on the 3rd time you will be blacklisted.

Auction Day Procedures:

Starlights Notes:

> Auctionee must coordinate with the Auction aid at wanderstar to confirm the amount(after tier vice cut and payout total) and setup mannequin in their house> If the address provided in the auction application form is different from the manniquin setup, the Auctionee is responsible to update the Auction Aid with this info> Starlights will have 2 weeks OR a Pre-Agreed (By BOTH Parties) amount of time to fulfill bidder’s request.

Bidder Notes:

> Bidders, the service completion will be between you and your Starlight.
➡️ Important: Wanderstar will not hold responsibility or interfere in the process.> Bidders if you cannot afford the bid do not make it! Our Starlights work hard and are offering their services of their own accord. Do not ask for something beyond their abilities or something they did not offer. Should you continue to press our Starlight you will be removed from being able to bid in the future, a 3rd strike will result in a ban from the venue.> The buyer must remit 100% of the winning bid to Wanderstar on auction day.> Payments will be collected by the Owner or a designated backup via a Mannequin.> Bidders: Check in on the work and progress. Should the Starlight reach out more than 3x and not receive the request or interaction needed to complete order you will be deemed as "unable to contact" and forfeit your win.> 💵Starting House Bid: 5 Mil
Bid Increments: 500k or More.> Starlight Cut: Based on type of Starlight. Venue Cut: Venue cut goes to prizes, raffle pots, upkeep, employee pay.> 📝 Auction Terms & Splits
Guest Starlight (Regular Auctionees) 80/20
Yearly VIP Starlight 85/15
Collabs & Events (ALL), Resident Starlights, Resident DJs, Lifetime VIP, Sponsors, and Staff 90/10

Post-Auction Processing:

Transaction Handling:

> All auction transactions will be processed by Wanderstar on the day following the auction.
> Deduct the house cut in accordance with the Starlight Tier &
Release rest to the auctionee.

VIP Insurance:

Winning Bids Over 50 Million for Yearly and Lifetime VIP's:
> Yearly/Lifetime VIP receive a 30% insurance on winning bids.
> Wanderstar will create a dedicated transaction thread in the Wanderstar server.
> Buyer & Auctionee: In the event a service is not rendered bidder may use a transaction thread via Wanderstar to reach out (remember to @ them) auctionees may also use this in case the bidder is unresponsive.
> If there is no response from the auctionee within 48 hours, wanderstar will forfit this bid and the auctionee will receive a strike that can affect their ability to participate in future auctions.Terms:
> Wanderstar is not responsible for enforcing service completion related to the rest of the 70%.

Resident DJ Buyer Insurance:

> 30% Insurance on anyone who buys our Resident DJ if undelivered.Terms:
> Wanderstar is not responsible for enforcing service completion related to the rest of the 70%.
